Serving: Two Glass

Ingredients:

1) Thick yogurt / curd-500 gm (2 cup)

2) Chilled milk – 75 ml (¼ cup)

3) 10 Drops of SHUKRIA SUGARFREEDOM SWEET DROPS OR 5 Gms Powder of Shukria SugarFreedom.

4) Cardamom powder - a pinch

5) Pista - 2 tablespoon (chopped)




Method:

1. Take the yogurt in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add “SugarFreedom Sweet Drops” (10 drops) to chilled milk OR 5 Gms Powder.

3. using a wired whisk, churn it thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.

4. Add the cardamom powder and add the half of the chopped Pista.

5. Churn it again to create frothy layer.

6. You will see that foam has formed on the top of Lassi.

7. Now pour drink in glasses.

8. Garnish with left Pista and chopped cherries.

9. Serve it chilled.

10. Enjoy, say “Shukria” Sugarfreedom Drops.
