Ingredients for Malai Peda Recipe
Method:
First Boil the Milk, cook and keep stirring without break for about 20 minutes, till it reduce the volume of milk to half of original volume.
Separately Soak the saffron in 2 teaspoons of warm milk, and add to the boiling milk.
After that Add Shukria Drops OR Powder in proportion and continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Mix the citric acid in 1 tablespoon of water and add gradually to the boiling milk. You should Cook till the milk curdles slightly.
Next, Mix the corn flour with the remaining two teaspoons of milk and add to the pan. Stir continuously. The mixture thickens and resembles khoya, for this cook for about 45 minutes.
Add cardamom powder, mix well.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Divide into small portions and shape into round balls. Decorate with almonds and pistachios, and serve.
